Responsibilities

• Operate the Attraction according to the trained SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ride restrictions.
• Load and unload rides safely.
• Maintain safety for guests and crew.
• Report machinery failures and maintenance needs.
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Recommend to guests and take ownership of guest challenges.
• Liaise with other departments as needed.
• Maintain dress standards of Attractions.
• Ensure cleanliness of Attraction areas.

Job Summary

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Operate the Attraction according to the trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Ensure compliance with ride restrictions.
• Load and unload rides.
• Ensure personal, Guest and Crew safety at all times.
• Report any machinery failure and maintenance required to the supervisor.
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Suggest and recommend to Guests.
• Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve Guest challenges as soon as possible.
• Liaise with other departments such as cleaning, maintenance and guest services on a need’s basis.
• Maintain the dress standards set by Rides & Attractions at all times.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the Attraction areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
