About the Role

As a The Club & Guest Relations Officer, you will be assisting the daily operation of club lounge toensurea smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Greet VIP / Club guests and bit farewell.

  • Provide a smooth check-ins and check-outs experience.

  • Handle guest inquiries.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.


About You


  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Rooms Departments in sizable Hotels.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.

  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
