Job summary

TikTok is seeking an AI Model Reinforcement Thai Speaking Graduate (Safety Model Operations) for a 2027 start. Based in Malaysia, you will contribute to training and evaluating data quality standards and establish robust judgment rules that feed into safety model operations.

You will collaborate with product, algorithm, and data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective feedback loops, with a strong emphasis on Thai language liaison and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; majors in law, philosophy, economics, journalism, languages, social sciences or related fields preferred.
• Internship or project experience in data quality, content moderation, compliance, content operations, AI data, or annotation preferred.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; IELTS 7.5 / TOEFL 105 or equivalent.
• Familiar with Excel and data-processing tools; experience with foundation-model products preferred.
• Clear logic, structured decomposition, abstraction, synthesis, judgment, and communication; detail-oriented.
• Thai proficiency required for daily liaison with the Thai market team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and iterate data quality standards, judgment rules, and acceptance criteria for large-model training.
• Review data outputs against quality standards; identify issues and drive corrections.
• Assess complex, ambiguous edge cases; translate findings into reusable rules.
• Track quality performance; identify root causes; drive improvements in production processes.
• Collaborate with production, product, algorithm, strategy, and other teams to align quality standards and feedback loop.
