Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a leading textile manufacturer. You will direct shopfloor execution across cutting, sewing, and packaging, transforming regional demand plans into weekly production schedules and budgets while driving efficiency and quality.

You will lead a large team of shift supervisors, operators and quality inspectors, champion Lean and 5S, monitor OEE, and ensure strict adherence to safety and brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial production experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of textile production processes and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient with ERP databases and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Direct shopfloor execution across cutting, sewing, and packaging to meet delivery deadlines.
• Translate regional demand plans into weekly schedules and budgets.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S).
• Monitor OEE, scrap, and yield; drive cost containment and asset management.
