Job summary

GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Testing Engineer to support product testing across the manufacturing and production process.

The role covers assembly verification, EOL testing, and functional testing with hands-on testing experience to drive quality and automation. The ideal candidate will perform test procedures, analyze results, and aid root cause analysis while collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product testing or manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with assembly process, EOL testing, and functional testing.
• Good knowledge of C# programming (test automation or tool development is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of test equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Able to read and understand technical documents and test specifications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing including assembly testing, functional testing, and EOL testing.
• Execute test procedures according to specifications, test plans, and work instructions.
• Analyze test results, identify failures, and support root cause analysis.
• Assist in troubleshooting test-related issues during production.
• Support test fixture setup, maintenance, and improvement activities.
• Develop or modify simple test tools/scripts using C# when required.
• Prepare test reports and document test results accurately.
• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure product reliability and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and product quality.
