Job Description

Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing test processes to verify product functionality and quality. Involves test setup, data analysis, failure analysis, and documentation to support process improvement and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate yield, quality, issues and implement improvements.
  • Develop, optimize, and control manufacturing processes.
  • Drive process improvements, defect reduction, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support test process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support production testing, analyze test data, identify failures, and implement corrective actions.
  • Execute, and improve test procedures and systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields).
  • Candidates with relevant engineering experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE); ETS364, 93K and ETS800 is a plus. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge in basic electronics, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, will add advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Eager to adapt well in dynamic working environment, eager to learn new knowledge and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to support on-call duties if required.
