Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Test Manufacturing 1 to define and optimize test processes for manufacturing operations. You will lead improvements to improve cycle time and yield, and debug using DOE and failure analysis, collaborating with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve issues.

The role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Responsibilities include driving test coverage enhancements and supporting MES integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in test manufacturing or related field.
• Experience defining, qualifying, installing and optimizing test processes/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, qualify, install and optimize test process and equipment for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes and equipment using DOE and failure analysis methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to resolve yield and performance issues.
• Develop roadmaps to improve test coverage, diagnosability and OEE.
• Analyze yield reports and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.
• Support integration of test equipment with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
