Job summary

Synergy Staffing is seeking an experienced semiconductor hardware test engineer in Malaysia (Selangor). The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing wafer, final, and utilities test programs to ensure robust coverage and efficiency.

You will analyze device behavior, debug hardware and software issues, and support CQC activities. The position requires 5–10 years in the semiconductor field, with hands-on tester experience and leadership skills to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automotive Control, or Information Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven expertise in hardware design, test program development, and analog testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize wafer, final, and utilities test programs to ensure robust coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze device behavior and test data to debug hardware and software issues.
• Support Customer Quality Complaint (CQC) activities and provide engineering input for material disposition (MRB).
• Drive yield improvements and execute cost-reduction activities like process simplification and insertion elimination.
• Develop test programs for reliability stress readout and RAP tests.
