Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner enabling brands to design, build and deliver innovative products. The role focuses on directing engineering tests, developing test programs and coordinating calibration of instruments used to verify product performance.

Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with hands-on skills in Python, Lab View and Perl, plus strong instrumentation knowledge for test environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience with digital/analog test systems and lab instrumentation.
• Ability to develop, modify and debug test programs and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Directs/co-ordinates engineering tests and test control equipment development.
• Develops and calibrates test instruments and data recording systems.
• Analyzes test data and prepares technical reports for engineering teams.
• Trains floor staff on test hardware/software and troubleshooting.
• Designs and maintains test plans, procedures and documentation.
