Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a reliability engineer to develop stress and testing approaches for NAND products, build and maintain reliability test programs, and collaborate with product reliability engineers to define test flows.

You will support operations to ensure flawless execution of test flows on live products and provide test program support for failure validation and characterization, including contributions to burn-in board build and software development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with emphasis on microelectronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Knowledge of NAND flash memory reliability failure mechanisms and testing methodologies.
• Experience with AI tools to improve test program development is advantageous.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Microelectronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven understanding of Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Solid understanding of NAND flash memory reliability failure mechanisms and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with C++/Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation for learning and development.
• Excellent analytical approach and structured personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with using AI tools to improve test program development is advantageous.
