Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst (MNC)

As a Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst, you will:

• Drive end-to-end quality assurance across the software development lifecycle.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for robust, high-performing applications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing (performance, security).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to refine requirements.
• Champion QA standards and foster a quality-first culture.

A successful Test Analyst should have:

• Minimum 5 years in software testing and quality engineering.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Strong knowledge of REST API & microservices testing.
• Familiarity with performance & security testing tools (JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
• Exposure to scripting/programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Bonus: ISTQB certification, banking domain experience, cloud and containerization knowledge.
