  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and staff training at customer sites.
  • Advise clients on food safety and sanitation best practices.
  • Perform light installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cleaning systems.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain service records and complete accurate reports.

Join Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions, as a Territory Manager (Sales & Service) in our Institutional division, serving clients in the foodservice and hospitality sectors across the Klang Valley.

You’ll partner with some of Malaysia’s top restaurants, hotels, schools, and healthcare facilities to deliver tailored cleaning and sanitation solutions that create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and grow an established territory of hospitality and foodservice customers.
  • Manage and grow sales assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver hands‑on product demonstrations and staff training at customer sites.
  • Advise clients on food safety and sanitation best practices.
  • Perform light installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cleaning systems (services).
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
  • Maintain service records and complete accurate reports.
Job Requirement
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or grocery industries.
  • Willing to travel regularly across Klang Valley.
  • Valid Malaysian driver’s license.
  • Ability to handle emergency service calls outside of regular hours.
Preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years’ experience in hospitality or foodservice.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Results‑driven, well‑organized, and able to work independently.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude (installation & repair experience is a bonus).
