Temporary Direct Labors Recruiter (3–6 Months Contract)

Location: Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Senior HRBP
Duration: 3 to 6 months (contract basis)

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven direct labors Recruiter to join our HR team on a temporary assignment (3–6 months) to support our direct labors hiring ramp‑up. The ideal candidate will be experienced in full‑cycle direct labors recruitment, able to manage multiple roles at once, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines to ensure timely hiring for critical and ramp‑up positions.
  • Coordinate and support the interview process, offer management, and onboarding logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular status updates and recruitment metrics to HR and management teams.
  • Support on administrative work.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct labors recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or fast‑paced hiring environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms preferred.
