Job summary

MNF Pro Global SB in Penang invites applications for a Template Designer. This entry-level role focuses on creating and refining templates for apparel, packaging, and merchandise artwork, turning concepts into print-ready files, and ensuring consistent formatting across lines.

You will work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with training provided. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as you gain hands-on experience from concept to final print in a collaborative team.

MNF Pro Global SB is an apparel and merchandise company based in Nibong Tebal, Penang. We're looking for a Template Specialist to help bring our product designs to life - from tags and packaging to catalog layouts and print-ready artwork for our merchandise lines.

This is a great entry point for anyone who loves design and wants hands‑on experience in how creative work actually gets produced, from concept to final print.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and customize design templates for apparel, packaging, and merchandise artwork

Turn creative concepts into print-ready files

Keep formatting, colors, and specs consistent across product lines

Collaborate with the design & production team on layout adjustments

Help maintain our growing library of reusable templates

Comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (no need to be an expert - we'll train you further)
