As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our products or services over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to engage with our company.

What Will You Do:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update customer information accurately.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to interested customers.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development.
