  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including:
    • Achieving 150+ connected calls per week.
    • Maintaining a minimum of 1 hour of quality talk time daily.
  • Innovation: Explore and implement AI-powered tools to refine sales pitches and enhance client engagement strategies.
