Overview

CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a Part time Telemarketer role in Damansara Damai, Selangor. Apply now to be part of our team.

Responsibilities
  • This role is work from home and has flexible working schedule.
  • We will provide a list of potential sales leads for calling. Your task is to:
  • Cold call the companies to determine if they are open to outsource their bookkeeping, identify the accounting software that they use, identify owner or HR’s name, email and direct contact number, and most importantly schedule a meeting with the owner or HR manager for us.
  • Follow up with emails/phone calls/WhatsApp to potential sales leads. There is no need to meet customers physically.
  • Suitable for stay-at-home parents looking to re-enter the market. Retirees or students are welcomed to apply.
  • This is not suitable for candidates seeking freelance night jobs as the telemarketing need to work between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • This role should ideally spend 2 to 3 hours per day to work, though we understand that there may be occasional scheduling issues which applicant should clear during next working day.
  • Pay is based on hourly rate. Additional bonus will be given if the client signs on with us for bookkeeping services.
Qualifications
  • You MUST possess basic accounting knowledge/ understanding of accounting terminologies to talk to client.
  • You must be comfortable to make cold call to potential customers.
  • Applicant must speak good English, and occasional Mandarin due to potential sales leads.
  • You must be able to work ideally 2-3 hours a day; on weekdays during daytime (10am – 5pm).
  • You will need to use your own laptop or tablet for opening the sales lead file for referencing during phone calls. We can provide a laptop for Penang applicants.
  • Good internet access for WhatsApp/VOIP phone calls.
  • A decent mobile phone for WhatsApp/VOIP calls.
  • Owned working laptops and it should not be slow in opening applications or lag in typing. (Minimum Windows 11, and recommend having 8GB RAM, SSD) and decent Internet connection speed (speed test minimum 20mbps).
  • Company laptops can be provided for certain areas.
