Job Description: The Technical Equipment Group (TEG) is offering the opportunity to continue growing your career within Intel and to continue supporting world‑changing technology that improves the life of every person on the planet.

  • The role of TEG Equipment Engineer is act as an Equipment Specialist's mentor who will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of the team and driving operational excellence within the manufacturing equipment process.
  • The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities aimed at improving efficiency, product quality and overall productivity.
  • Responsibility includes driving for systemic fixes to improve overall USDT and MTBA for module at KuAT, candidate is expected to develop hard down fix strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Degree is preferred, with at least 2 years of factory operations experience, current or prior engineering experience is advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications can be considered.
  • Good troubleshooting skills are expected with strong analytical skills and project management.
  • Possess a proactive mindset, be able to handle ambiguity, and have critical problem‑solving skills to respond to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrate solid data analytics to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way leading to the identification of possible solutions.
  • Ability to drive indicators and work independently with less supervision.
  • Experience in dealing with people is an added advantage.
