About the role

In this full-time role as the Technology and Cybersecurity Lead based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and cybersecurity measures for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement technology strategies to support the organisation's objectives
• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and security of the company's IT systems and infrastructure
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems
• Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs
• Lead a team of IT professionals and provide technical guidance and support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and cybersecurity

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a technology and cybersecurity leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems, network security, and data protection
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically
