Requirements

• Diploma related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
• Possess knowledge in ELV.
• Possess knowledge in Wiring.
• Willing to learn attitude.
• Basic understanding of CCTV, Networking, Access Door, Alarm System

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer's call and ensure that customer site is in working condition
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Follow company’s SOP and safety guidelines during onsite work.
• Prepare service reports and update job status to management.
• Assist in testing & commissioning of new projects.
