Job description

Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/ process to minimize reject levels.

For more senior position, might act as team leader to ensure that the work meets agreed targets by directly overseeing work team members.

Generally performs work of a similar nature to those supervised.

Likely to orient or provide guidance to team members but refer most matters to the superior.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical and Electronics with a minimum of one year of working experience in a related field.
• Those with CNC 5axis milling experience and personnel with Siemens programming background will be an added advantage.
• Required to apply basic and some advanced skills in procedure/ techniques/ tools/materials and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization.
• Works under direct supervision and selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
• Limited degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.
