The ideal candidate should be able to operate a CNC autolathe machine and possess a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Job description

Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way. Also, responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares and sustaining. In addition, the Manufacturing Technician is responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for machine setting, repairing and maintenance.
• Execute maintenance works including trouble‑shooting, repairing, preventive maintenance test run and servicing of plant machineries, equipment and facilities.
• Repair machinery when machine breakdown occurs.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance for machine, equipment.
• Update all documentation according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Perform parts inspection.
• Assist in any other suitability assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Able to read and understand mechanical drawing.
• Able to read, write and understand standard information.
• Knowledge in NC machine will be added advantage.
• Adhere to safety practices.
• Able to operate CNC autolathe machine.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
