Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain building electrical and mechanical systems (HVAC, chiller, escalators).
• Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Monitor contractors for maintenance work.

Support the organization within every area facilities maintenance towards shopping mall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system: FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS
• Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance
• Electrical safety awareness/ prevention
• Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below:

• Certificate in electrical and mechanical engineering
• LV chargeman or PW wireman certificate
