Technician - Engineering (BHS Operations - CCR)
Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Execute timely the operation works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified operation standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Perform daily Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation Center from the Operation Monitoring Terminal (OMT) and Information Monitoring Terminal (IMT).
 
- Assist on Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey in order to get customer’s feedback on BHS services.
 
- Respond to ground handlers /Feedback/Request.
 
- Inform any abnormality with regards to BHS operation to the duty Technical Officer.
 
- Ensure support service staff performance at the required level as per contract.
 
- Assist BHS Operation Technical Officer in any operation and maintenance related matter.
 
- Collate operation and maintenance data timely.
 
- Optimum usage of the available resources for operation and maintenance activities.
 
- Effectively utilize IT tools i.e. MS Office, BBIT SCADA.
 
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
 
- Result oriented
 
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
 
Relevant Industries
- SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics, and minimum 5 years related working experience or;
 
- SPMV with MLVK Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical and minimum 5 years related working experience or;
 
- SPM / SPMV / STPM with SKM (level II) with minimum 3 years related working experience or;
 
- Diploma preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Technical Engineering.
 
Education
- SPM or SPMV or;
 
- SPM/SPMV/STPM with SKM (level II) or;
 
- Diploma with CGPA > 2.5, preferably in:
- Mechanical
 
- Electrical
 
- Technical Engineering
