Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technician for EDM Forming to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) forming machines to ensure precision in tool and die manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate EDM forming machines according to production specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor and control machine settings to ensure high-quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on EDM equipment.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize processes and solve technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years and above of independent working experience.
• Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machining, Tool and Dies or related field.
• Proven experience in EDM forming or related machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of machine controls, tolerances, and measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
