• Assist the Senior Technician in periodic checks of pumps and water systems.
• Perform routine inspections of common area fittings and lighting.
• Help diagnose basic plumbing and electrical issues.
• Report complex faults to the Senior Technician.
• Attend to simple electrical or plumbing complaints.
• Provide preliminary checks before Senior Technician intervention.
• Assist service and maintenance contractors on-site.
• Ensure work areas are safe.
• Carry out small repairs like fixing minor leaks and unclogging blockages.
• Provide updates on defect rectification works.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Technician in periodic checks of pumps, water systems, intercoms, wet risers, and other mechanical/electrical equipment.

Perform routine inspections of common area fittings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.

Help diagnose and attend to basic plumbing and electrical issues.

Report complex faults to the Senior Technician and provide initial findings.

Attend to simple electrical or plumbing-related complaints and elevate when necessary.

Provide preliminary checks before Senior Technician intervention.

Assist service and maintenance contractors on-site.

Ensure work areas are safe and report contractor progress to the Senior Technician.

Carry out small repairs including:

• Fixing minor leaks
• Unclogging small blockages
• Replacing bulbs and fittings
• Touch‑up painting (including car park markings)
• Basic carpentry, door adjustments, patching walls, and general handyman tasks.

Provide simple updates and feedback on defect rectification works.

Provide relevant site information to the Senior Technician and Building Manager for reports and meetings.

Perform ad‑hoc duties and respond to urgent maintenance tasks as required.
