Job description

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on laptops and desktops (motherboard, RAM, SSD, keyboard, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair printers (laser/inkjet), including mechanical and connectivity issues
• Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Mac) and basic software
• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, part replacement, and system formatting
• Test devices after repair to ensure proper function
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs and parts usage
• Provide basic customer support and product knowledge
• Support on‑site service when required

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge in laptop and printer hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to identify faulty components and recommend solutions
• Familiar with Windows OS installation and driver setup
• Experience in soldering / motherboard‑level repair (added advantage)
