• Attend site service and maintenance for PTS as required.
• Carry out site installation and system upgrading of equipment.
• Execute on-site service and maintenance jobs.
• Assist in system testing and commissioning.
• Provide system training to end users.
• Standby for service jobs during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• To attend site service and maintenance for PTS as and when required.
• To carry out site installation and system upgrading of equipment as and when required.
• Executing on-site service and maintenance related jobs.
• To carry out service and maintenance of engineering solutions under company.
• To perform house‑keeping duties within the required area.
• To assist in system testing and commissioning.
• System training to end users.
• Carrying out other duties as required by the Supervisor/Engineer/Dept Head.
• To standby for service jobs during weekend and public holidays, if required.
• Ensuring PTS systems installed are in working order.
• To carry out checking to ensure systems are capable for use.
• To inform the superior in advance for other items required to conduct the job.
• To ensure safety related matters are in order while performing job at site.
• To ensure good quality work when carrying out the service job.
• To carry out dynamic and dedicated work at site.
• To uphold the corporate core values.
• To ensure service trails and reports are logged for every service job.
• Ensure compliance and conformances to the Sime Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and any applicable policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures issued by the Company and/or the Group as well as any such applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Company is operating.
