A beverage manufacturing company seeks a skilled Technician (Blowing Machine) in Taiping, Perak. The ideal candidate will perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of various blowing machines, support planned maintenance, and respond to breakdowns. A diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the related field is required. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an advantage. This role is essential for ensuring machine reliability and optimal performance.

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of blowing machines: Krones (K10, K12), Sidel (SBO2, SBO6, SBO8), KHS, Newamstar
• Support Planned Maintenance (PM) activities and ensure machine reliability.
• Assist in machine changeovers, adjustments, and fine-tuning.
• Respond to breakdowns and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and part usage logs.

Skills and personalities:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to analyze machine issues and apply solutions effectively.
• Capable of conducting and supporting RCA presentations.
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory and assist in part purchasing.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Preferred experience in Food & Beverage industry with blowing machine operations.
