We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team at Esco Micro (M) Sdn Bhd. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our technical equipment and infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing

• To install and commission new equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential problems before they occur
• Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize operational efficiency
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we’re looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, willing to learn and work hard
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and procedures
• Possess own transport (car) and willing to travel outstation regularly
