Job summary

A shopping complex in Selangor is seeking an experienced professional for electrical maintenance. Responsibilities include routine checks and repairs of electrical fittings. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role involves coordinating with management and assisting during promotional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Daily routine checking and maintenance of all riser switchboards from level to level.
• Check and maintain all pumps, conducting test running manually if necessary.
• Maintain and carry out repairs of lighting, sockets and electrical fittings in the common area.
• Assist the A&P department with temporary lighting during promotion periods.
• Ensure all M&E rooms are locked, clean, and tidy.
• Assist in handling tenancy fit-out co-ordination and tenants’ requests.
• Carry out additional duties instructed by management as needed.
