Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walks for routine inspection and day‑to‑day operations such as electrical equipment, office equipment, civil & plumbing etc.
• Assist the Building Manager/Building Executive to perform maintenance and repair works of the common areas, such as mechanical and electrical, plumbing, civil and structural etc.
• Check and rectify all defects/complaints reported by tenants/residents.
• Monitor, supervise, and verify all minor plumbing and electrical repairs and rectification works performed by the contractors.
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance works.
• Escort vendors for on‑site preventive/reactive maintenance work.
• Provide 1st level breakdown support as per the SLA.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the building's operations and maintenance activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the supervisor or HOD.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Property Development/Real Estate Management/Building Services.
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Technician specializing in Building Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay for both spoken and written.
• 4 Contract of Service positions available (Cybersouth & Bukit Jalil).
