We’re looking for a hands-on Automation & PLC Technician to support daily production by handling machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and basic PLC support.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup & changeover (program/parameter setting, trial run, first-piece confirmation)
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and reduce downtime
• PLC fault diagnostics (I/O checks, sensors, alarms, safety interlocks)
• Basic PLC work (backup/restore, minor edits if authorized)
• Maintain simple documentation (setup records, breakdown log, PLC backup log)
• Train operators on basic checks and safe machine handling
