• Ensure SMT line performance for uptime and quality.
• Support senior for machine troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Support improvement initiatives for machine performance.

Job description

Well known at AOI (Magic-ray programming, editing & machine error).

Well known at routing machine (programming, editing & machine error).

To perform equipment daily checklist.

To ensure SMT line performance in term of uptime and quality result to meet required yields & output.

To support senior for machine major troubleshooting.

To perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.

To support improvement initiative by operation for continuous improvement of machine performance and product quality.

Job Requirement

Able to us MS word, excel and power point software

Knowledge in SMT Process is an advantage
