What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests through the system provided.
• Attend to guest room and public area complaints through the CC system or as assigned by the Supervisor/Shift Engineer/Duty Engineer or Chief Engineer.
• Analyse and monitor energy costs and expenditures for the department.
• Take daily readings for electricity, water and gas consumption; monitor pool pH and chlorine levels; check water tanks, chiller operation, and hot water temperatures.

What We Need From You / Qualifications

• Certification or SKM holder in air conditioning and refrigeration or electrical or civil or mechanical; advantage for having PW 2 and PW 4 licenses from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge in audio systems is an advantage.
• Hands-on with in-depth technical knowledge in hotel operations, specifically in electrical fields.
• Must speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
