A technology services company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Writer. The role involves creating and maintaining essential technical documents, running interviews with various personnel to gather information, and ensuring compliance with governance and legal requirements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in technical document writing. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a must, along with a strong logical mindset.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for writing and maintaining technical documentations for FCS1 and its related. This role doesn’t require any programming skill or cloud knowledge. However, it does require the understanding of how system works. Candidate with good logical mindset is preferrable. You will require to run interview with developers, product teams, operation teams to understand the system workflow, infrastructure, how things get connected together, and so on. You can perform a voice recording, taking your own notes, later on you will need to convert it into proper and agreed format.
