Job summary

The candidate will design and deliver training for manufacturing processes, collaborate with various teams, and develop training materials. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training for manufacturing processes
• Conduct hands‑on training for engineers, technicians and operators
• Develop training materials including SOPs, work instructions, manuals and visual aids
• Train employees on equipment setup, operation, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure training aligns with safety regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, safety, and production leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
• Assist with new equipment launches, process changes, and technology upgrades
• To perform any ad‑hoc task given by Superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and operations
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with diverse, hands‑on learner groups
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and English
• Candidates must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Penang
