As a Customer Support / Technical Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, ensuring they get the most out of Codemax’s solutions. You’ll provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone (When Necessary)
  • Troubleshoot. and resolve issues related to Codemax systems.
  • Assist with system setup, configuration, and updates.
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or customer service (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, IoT devices, and cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite support and training when required.
