Respond promptly to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals and quotations within established timelines, and with right pricing to win the deals.
Work with Brand Principals to get special pricing to support tenders or projects.
Keep funnel reports and job sheets up to date.
Provide technical support and product training to the internal sales team.
Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers when required.
