Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison with the China technical team for system testing.
• Coordinate and support system testing and deployment activities.
• Handle incoming technical support calls and messages from clients.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and manage complex issues.
• Keep clients updated on issue status and resolutions.
• Log, track, and manage support tickets until closure.
• Work closely with internal teams to support ongoing projects.
• Communicate technical requirements between internal and overseas teams.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

• Communicate technical requirements and feedback clearly between internal and overseas teams.
• Assist in any ad‑hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
