Responsibilities
- Proactively learning about products and technology from the headquarter, understanding end customers' requirements, and being capable of conducting comparisons and effectively approaching customers to provide value-added solutions.
- Participate in exhibitions and conduct technical presentations for customers and distributors.
- Participate in technical evaluations, use data to provide convincing reports, and possess strong skills in PPT presentations.
- Provide consultation services to customers and distributors regarding any AOI programming, either remotely through TeamViewer or on-site.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, utilize personal knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
- Write detailed reports of encountered problems, performed tests, and complete work.
- Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with the internal team on quality and design-related issue.
- Improve on customer support plans and build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical, Electrical/ Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent
- Well oral expression with self-driven motivation.
- Pleasant personality with the customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese languages.
- Good team player and multitasking capabilities.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel domestically and internationally > 50% of the time to support customers.
