Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environment.
  • Working knowledge of 3D software, CAD design software, engineering software or any other manufacturing operation management system.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
