- Support Sales in proposing cost-effective AMR solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams in proposing the most suitable and cost-effective AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solutions during the pre‑sales stage.
- Review customer requirements and clarify technical specifications related to AMR systems, fleet management software, and integration scope.
- Provide technical advice to customers, channel partners, internal sales personnel, and engineers regarding AMR applications and system capabilities.
- Participate in technical meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions to support sales negotiations.
- Carry out feasibility studies, simulations, and layout planning using AMR configuration and simulation tools to determine the best solution for customer needs.
- Prepare and present solution proposals for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update all AMR‑related documentation and internal knowledge databases in a secure manner.
- Provide on‑site technical support or troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience in automation design, engineering drawing and engineering software.
- Knowledge in robotic applications or other automated systems is an added advantage.
- A pro‑active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and motivation skills.
- Ability to communicate concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Willingness to travel to sites if required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good sense of time management and strong customer focus.
