Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronic (or strong equivalent experience).

3–8 years experience in B2B sales (technical products / lighting / electronics preferred).

Confident in selling + presenting to customers (good English spoken & written).

Able to prepare proposals (PowerPoint, basic spec sheet, simple installation notes).

Comfortable with site visits, demos, and basic troubleshooting mindset.

Self-driven, good follow-up discipline (pipeline + closing).

Based in Nilai; willing to travel; own transport.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers and penetrate new markets.

Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, follow up, and close sales.

Visit customers/partners, run product demos, and conduct technical presentations.

Propose complete solutions (product selection, customization options, lead time planning) and support quotation preparation.

Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting (remote + site).

Maintain sales tools & documents (product deck, case studies, FAQ, service reports).
