Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Public Sector, Commercial, industrial, and Corporate segments.
- Visit customers regularly to present solutions, conduct demos, and propose system designs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Technical Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into suitable system solutions.
- Work with Presales to design and propose integrated solutions (e.g., Datacenter, access control, networking, IoT, cloud solutions.
- Provide basic pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and solution walk-throughs.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards and project specifications.
Customer Relations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Clients, Distributors and Principal.
- Follow up on project progress, purchase orders, and after-sales requirements.
- Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and feedback.
Project & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handover after sales confirmation.
- Participate in site surveys, documentation, and technical clarifications when needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields.
- 1–3 years working experience in technical sales (fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered).
- Experience in systems integration, security systems, networking, automation or related technologies is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
Additional Advantages (Optional)
- Familiar with brands such as Oracle, Cisco, HPE, Redhat, Veeam etc.
- Experience with tender documents, drawings, BOQ preparation, and SOW drafting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio or basic network configuration.
