Job Responsibilities

1. Primarily responsible for recruiting for IT positions, like java developer, technical support and SAP consultant in Malaysia. Handle end-to-end full-cycle recruitment.

• Candidates who can start working immediately are preferred.

Work location: Kuala Lumpur, remote work currently (work from home).

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, especially with experience as a technical recruiter.
2. Ethnic Chinese, with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese.
3. Familiar with the use of mainstream recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, etc.
4. Proficient in the entire recruitment process, including resume searching, interview organization, salary negotiation, and onboarding procedures.
