Job summary

Marco Global Payroll (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Marco OS Web/API applications and integration of custom systems for payroll and HR projects.

You will define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources, while tracking performance and managing risks. This role requires strong client-facing communication and collaboration with product and design teams to drive technical execution.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager for software projects.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles, managing scope expectations, and facilitating workshops or status reviews.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both developers and non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Marco OS Web/API applications, and integration of custom systems for payroll and HR projects.

• Partner with internal product development team and UI/UX designers to drive technical execution.
• Maintain clear project documentation, API/workflow specs, and backlog items.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them with Marco OS’s defined data model.

3. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

Partner closely with Marco’s internal product development team and UI/UX designers to drive technical execution.

Maintain clear project documentation, API/workflow specs, and backlog items.
