Job description

Responsible for Samsung Electronic operation and management of content & services

Major Tasks:

• Handle service requests & troubleshoot issues escalated from service operations
• Support technical troubleshooting with partners from various industries
• Analyze the logs of device provided by service operations
• Provide analysis of issues encountered and resolutions
• Escalate service requests & analysis of issues to relevant persons in regional or HQ counterparts if issues cannot be resolved
• Work with PM & Marketing team and coordinate with HQ teams to ensure new products, APKs and Value Added Services (VAS) rolled out successfully

Responsibilities (day-to-day):

• Reporting on Samsung Wallet Daily Performance\
• Troubleshoot issues escalated from service operations and partners from financial sector
• Ensure new APKs are released successfully

Academic Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree holders in Computer Science or Information Technology

Requirement:

• 3 – 5 years relevant experience
• Understand about fintech, mobile payment and mobile services
• Proven experience with project management tools (eg: Jira, PLM)
• Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various business and technical teams
