Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in network and cybersecurity.
  • Possess certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar.
  • Strong understanding of network and cybersecurity technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Solutions Design: Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose cybersecurity solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and providing insights into product integration and functionality.
  • RFP/RFI Support: Assist in preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and ensuring satisfaction with proposed solutions.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and educational sessions to customers and partners on cybersecurity products and best practices.

  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position the company's solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solutions designs, integration guides, and best practice documents.
