  • Mid End Process Engineer
  • Programme Manager
  • Project Lead Manager
  • IE Automation Staff Engineer/Manager
  • Final Test Engineer
  • Wafer Testing Staff Engineer/Manager (Equipment & Process)
  • FPC (Probe Card) Maintenance Senior Engineer
  • Wafer Back Grinding Staff Engineer/Manager
  • Dambar Cut & Lead Isolation Senior/Staff Engineer
  • Singulation ( DHVQFN) Senior/Staff Engineer
  • Strip Test Staff Engineer/Manager


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle complex machinery.
